Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives focus on improving quality of life in the communities where we operate. Through targeted programs in education, healthcare, rural development, environmental protection, and farmer support, we strive to create a long-term positive impact.
Our CSR programs are implemented in accordance with the provisions of the
Companies Act, 2013 and guided by our CSR policy approved by the Board.

Promoting Prosperity for Sugarcane Growers
Sugarcane Farmers and their families are at the heart of our business ecosystem. Supporting their prosperity and resilience is a key priority for our CSR programs.
Our initiatives include:
● Training and awareness programs on modern and sustainable
sugarcane farming practices
● Promotion of water-efficient irrigation methods
● Soil health including testing and nutrient management programs
● Distribution of improved seed varieties and bio-fertiliser
● Farmer capacity building and productivity enhancement initiatives
● Tree-planting drives to increase green space in surrounding areas
These programs help improve agricultural productivity while promoting sustainable land and water use.

Employee Welfare Activities
Since the time of Lala Shriram, DCM Shriram Industries has believed in the motto – “Our people are our biggest strength.”

Dipam Foundation
DCM Shriram Industries helps to run the Dipam Foundation, a non-profit non-governmental organisation that aims to provide safe and healthy education to underserved children in the non-organised areas of Delhi. Dipam Foundation runs Balwadis (pre-school classrooms) in areas like Sangam Vihar, Devli, Lal Kuan, and Vishwakarma, catering to the needs of underserved children ages 2-5 by providing year- round education, daily midday meals, trips/events, and parental engagement drives.

Shankar Shad Mushaira
The annual Shankar Shad Mushaira (Urdu poetry symposium) first began in 1954 in partnership with the Shankar Lall Murli Dhar Memorial Society, and continues to this day as Delhi’s longest-running public Mushaira.
With the support of DCM Shriram Industries Limited, the Mushaira that began as a unique gathering of poets from across the sub-continent, has now blossomed into a truly global tradition. Rooted in India’s heritage, the Mushaira honours the classical elegance of Urdu shayari while also showcasing its continuing significance in the modern world.
